Choose the right point in the move
Confirm when you receive the keys and when movers or deliveries arrive. Where practical, arrange cleaning while rooms are empty and before belongings limit access.
Think about the areas you will use first
Tell us about kitchens, bathrooms, floors and accessible surfaces. If you want inside cupboards, drawers or appliance interiors addressed, list them as requested extras and confirm the scope.
Share what you know about the property
Describe its condition and whether previous occupants or contractors have finished. If renovation work has just ended, a post-construction assessment may be more appropriate than a standard moving clean.

Provide entry and parking instructions. For condo moves, confirm elevator requirements with your building and tell us about timing constraints before the visit.
